Shipping Rates

There is a standard delivery charge of S$10 for orders below S$100 (before GST) to anywhere within Mainland Singapore during Standard Delivery Hours. Pls note that delivery charges are also subjected to GST.

All deliveries will be made during the Standard Delivery Hours (not inclusive of Public Holidays) listed below:-

Sandard Delivery Hours are from : 9.00am to 5.30pm (Mondays to Fridays)

*Non-Standard Delivery Hours : Weekday Evenings, Weekends & Public Holidays
(By Third Party Logistics Company)

If you require a delivery time slot beyond our standard delivery hours, extra charges will apply as the delivery will be fulfilled by a Third Party Logistics Company (Ninja Van). Please Click Non-Standard Delivery Hours. The relevant Shipping Charges will compute in the Cart during check out before payment (subject to GST).

Please ensure that someone is around to receive the goods as any Shipping charges for a failed attempted delivery (no one is present to sign and collect the goods at the stated address) will be borne by you. You may leave Remarks for the Delivery Driver on where to place the goods. However, we will not be responsible for any loss of goods if the items are left unattended.
