Delivery & Collection
Local Delivery Only within Mainland Singapore
SafetyFit currently only offers delivery service within Mainland Singapore. We are unable to ship to any PO Box. If delivery is required to any of Singapore’s islands or restricted areas (Changi Airfreight Centre, Changi Airport, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, MINDEF COMCEN and PSA Terminal Wharves – Tanjong Pagar/Pasir Panjang/Sembawang), extra charges will apply depending on the distance and timing required. Please email enquiry@safetyfit.sg with your requirements. Shipping charges for a failed attempted delivery to restricted areas will be borne by you.
All delivery will be made during the Standard Delivery Hours (not inclusive of Public Holidays) listed below:-
Sandard Delivery Hours are from : 9.00am to 5.30pm (Mondays to Fridays)
Non-Standard Delivery Hours : Weekday Evenings, Weekends & Public Holidays

If you require delivery timing beyond our standard delivery hours, extra charges will apply. Please Click Non-Standard Delivery Hours. The relevant Shipping Charges will show in the Cart during check out before payment.
For Personal Data information collected by Third Party Logistics Service Provider, please refer to https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/privacy-policy. By opting for Non-Standard Delivery Hours, you are deemed to have given consent for SafetyFit to pass your delivery details to the third-party logistic company in order for them to fulfil the delivery of purchased item/s in your order.
Self-Collection
You are encouraged to self-collect the goods from our conveniently located central office at:-
- Blk 24 Sin Ming Lane #01-102 Midview City Singapore 573970
- Mondays to Fridays – 9.00am to 6.00pm
- Nearest MRT Brighthill Station on Thomson Line
Please bring along these items at the time of collection:
- The purchasing credit card, which should be in your name
- The order confirmation email
- Payment confirmation receipt
Collection can be done within the same working day upon receipt of your purchase confirmation email during our office hours. Goods must be collected within 14 calendar days from the date on which the Goods are ready for collection.
For Purchase Orders where no payment has been received, the order will be cancelled if you do not collect your purchases within 2 days of the stated date.
For Purchase Orders where partial payment has been received, SafetyFit reserves the rights not to fulfil the Purchase Order should the Goods remain uncollected 3 calendar days after the stated date, and the order may be cancelled. In the event of cancellation, any payment received will be refunded.
International Delivery
We regret to inform that we currently only offer delivery services to addresses within Singapore. For overseas customers, we currently only offer Ex-Works.
Wholesale & Export
For international / corporate wholesale international customer, do email our Export Department at enquiry@safetyfit.sg with your requirements. Our Export Department will be in contact with you within 2 working days.
