Returns & Exchange
Your satisfaction is most important to us. SafetyFit will accept returns within 7 calendar days of delivery and the returned item(s) must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
Subject to the conditions below, if within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your order and you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price less delivery/shipping charges.
Returned product must be in resalable condition. Resalable condition means that in addition to the product(s) themselves, the original product carton, all packaging materials, slip-sheets, warranty statements, manuals, software, and any other ancillary items included with the original product must be returned in like-new condition with product tags still attached.
Procedures For Returning An Item
- Request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number by emailing email@example.com. Any shipment returned without an RGA number will be refused.
- Repack the item in its original product carton with all original packaging, product tags still attached. enclosures, parts, and accessories.
- Place the repacked product inside a box suitable for shipping.
- Write the RGA number clearly and conspicuously on the outside of the package.
- Pls deliver/ship the return item to the following address:

Kindly note that SafetyFit will not be liable for any delivery/shipping charges incurred by the User when returning the item(s). Refund of payment will only be processed after SafetyFit have received the Return Item and assessed that all the above conditions are met. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery. SafetyFit will not be liable for Returned Items that are damaged during delivery, including any delivery delays or lost mail.
Procedures For Exchanging An Item
Currently, we only accept Exchange of a purchased item via our physical store located at:-

All order discrepancies (shortages, over supply or wrong item delivered) must be reported to SafetyFit within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
