Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use (“Agreement”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using safetyfit.sg (“the Site”) operated by SafetyFit Pte Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at safetyfit.sg.

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by SafetyFit Pte Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

TERMINATION

We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES

Our Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by SafetyFit Pte Ltd.

SafetyFit Pte Ltd has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.

Account Registration

You agree to provide, maintain and update true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the account registration processes. You may not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity, including using another person’s username, password, or other account information.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not up to date and incomplete or SafetyFit has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not up-to-date and incomplete, SafetyFit has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current and future use of SafetyFit’s service (or any portion thereof).
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and your account, and you are entirely responsible for all activity made by you or anyone that uses your account. You agree to safeguard your password from access by others. If you believe that your account has been compromised, you must immediately contact us by emailing enquiry@safetyfit.sg. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SafetyFit for losses incurred by SafetyFit or another party due to someone else using your account as result of your failure to take reasonable care to safeguard your account information and password.

Pricing

Every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on SafetyFit.sg is correct. If an error in the pricing of a product is found, SafetyFit reserves the right to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment of any extra sum due or refund any over-payment made by you.
All prices quoted does not include installation unless otherwise stated.
Pictures on our website are for illustration purposes only. Actual product may differ from the pictures on the website.

Goods & Services Tax (GST)

SafetyFit Pte Ltd is a GST-registered company in Singapore and all supplies of Goods and Services will be subjected to the current GST rate.
Export of goods and international services are zero-rated.
SafetyFit Pte Ltd’s GST-Registration number is 201817867N.

Purchase Order

All purchase orders placed to SafetyFit through safetyfit.sg or any of our sales channels are subject to our acceptance. Purchase order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and SafetyFit will take place on the receipt of the purchased goods by you, and until that time we reserve the right to reject your purchase order. SafetyFit reserves the right to cancel or terminate the obligations to fulfil any purchase order, for any reason whatsoever, even after a purchase order is confirmed by, and paid for by the client, with or without notice and we shall not be liable to any party for such termination or cancellation.

In such event, we shall refund to the customer the price of the goods purchased.
Upon receipt of your purchase order, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address that you have registered with us when creating your customer account. Our Customer Service Team will be in touch with you within 2 working days (Mon – Fri : 9.00am – 6.00pm) to arrange for the delivery timing and address.

If urgent delivery is required, pls contact our Customer Service Team at +65 6922 9933 or email enquiry@safetyfit.sg. Do note that extra charges will apply for urgent deliveries.

Cancellation of Orders

SafetyFit reserves the right to refund you the price of any item which has been paid and received by SafetyFit, even if the relevant Purchase Order has been confirmed and payment has been received by us, in lieu of delivery or supply of such item(s).

Reviews, Comments, Communications etc.

Visitors are welcomed to register to post reviews, comments and other content; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam”.

You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead to its content. Users entering materials on any of safetyfit.sg pages are responsible for the content of that material. SafetyFit has no responsibility for the content of any messages or information posted by users, or for the content of information of third parties on the Internet, even if accessed through safetyfit.sg pages.
SafetyFit reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content but does not regularly review posted content.
SafetyFit has the right to use all material entered into these Web pages in any of SafetyFit’s print or electronic publications for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to you, including the right to use, reproduce, publish, transmit, publicly perform or display, translate, create derivatives works from, or otherwise communicate to the public all the submissions on safetyfit.sg or elsewhere. You shall not assert any proprietary right or moral right of any kind with respect to any submissions.
The user agrees to indemnify SafetyFit from any damages, losses, costs or expenses which SafetyFit, its affiliates, their respective employees and authorized representatives may incur as a result of material entered into these Web pages by the user.

Users may through hypertext or other computer “links” gain access to other sites on the Internet which are not part of SafetyFit’s webpages. SafetyFit assumes no responsibility for any material outside of SafetyFit webpages which may be accessed through any such “links”.

Limitation of Liability

The terms and conditions establish the full extent of SafetyFit’s obligations and liabilities in respect of the supply of the Goods and performance of any services in relation thereto and there are no other warranties, conditions or terms that are binding on us except as expressly stated herein. SafetyFit shall not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise. SafetyFit maximum liability whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall not exceed the price of the Goods paid by the buyer/user to SafetyFit Pte Ltd regardless of any circumstances.
